Local Hindi Radio Station in Doha

Our team is working on a project which has the potential to be a business venture if we succeed in our pursuit. We have started the first step of this process by creating a 7 question super short survey and would really really appreciate it if you filled it out ( would take less than a minute) and asked your friends and family to take it too. I have answered your survey , though I wish to add a few point, you will get an overwhelming response for this noble venture.
There are loads of peoples who do not have access to internet or may not access qatar living, would also say yes , but the issue is I knew of an entrepreneur, whose name is Khalifa Haroon of the Ilove qatar.net and he mentioned in one of the forums that getting a license and the necessary approval is a long and frustrating process, its over a year since he started the process and it is a wait and watch situation.
The radio broadcast locally or that are allowed to broadcast must have over 50% of their contents as talk show and other restrictions which makes the broadcast very boring to listeners , and this is just for fyi....
so I do not know if things have changes since then or there is a strong influence you have, but if you can circumvent these issues then it will by default become a hit
i really do not want to sound negative,but with the commercial benefits you stand to gain, i believe it is worth the pain, as in a way if your broadcast contents is similar to 89.1 or 105.4 or radio mirchi, the advertisement revenue will be very very high, not to mention telephone provider and revenue you stand to gain out of them
