Thanks for your reply, well actually our company mandoob is out of town and besides that he will not do visa renewals for staff family members. We have to do it ourselves. The real reason for the hassle is to seek some kind of application no from Ministry of Labor, my sister is under my fathers visa and my father has retired. Plus he does not have QTEL mobile since he has Vodafone, so to send an SMS to M.O.L he needs to have QTEL no. These are some silly hassles, and now he needs to get some letter from his sponsor, its real sad since he has been here for 35 years and he has to go thru all this. I just need someone who get this off his shoulders since i failed to do it for him. I expected life to get easier but i think its getting difficult !

It doesn't take much time to renew the RP..It's strange that it's been getting delayed in your case..

People sitting at the immigration do speak ENGLISH..I hope you are fine with it..what's the problem then??
