I will be moving to Qatar shortly.
Please let me know if advance has to be paid for rental of flat/villa.
I am planning to rent a 2 bedromm flat or villa in Najma or Mansoura . Please let me know the likely rent for fully furnished flat/villa and also for semi furnished flat/villa in these areas.

Which is the best area to stay in Doha with access to MES Indian School for the children in short time and to travel to Meesaid for work.

Acctualy, The flats/appartments, are very cheap at the moment, so you don't have to think about the money at all :) Enjoy Qatar :) xoxo

There are plenty of flats / apartments vacant in Najma / Mansoura area. You may get an unfurnished new 2 BHK flat / apartment one for about QAR 6000. The good news is that the rents are going down.

I have seen MES School buses around these areas, so I guess your kids will not find it difficult to go to school.
