I Agree 100%. see a dietitian or doctor. its not internet learning matter. too much to risk!

Best is to consult doctors before taking any medications even if it is just vitamins.

Make sure she takes a prenatal vitamin with folic acid - very important for baby's development. Eat normal diet of healthy food - fruits, vegetables, milk. If she has morning sickness things like rice, crackers are usually tolerated. It will pass. Make sure she gets regular checkups. If your wife has special diet needs, consult the doctor or dietician. Most of this can be covered at her regular visits with the doctor. Congratulations!

if morning sickness ,nausea, vomitting are less frequent then she can continue with normal routine diet. deep fried oily food items should be avoided.fresh fruits and veggies should be included. apart from this consult a doctor or ask a dietian . congrats.

this is no time to b asking those questions on a forum. Ask a Doctor!! the first trimester is the most crucial. Discuss this with a doctor.

It's best to seek advice from her Doctor
