Need your advice !!!
A person completing 1 year of work visa in Qatar on March 15 with open employment contract. Before his visa renewal for the next term, if he leaves the job, would NOC requirement and or Ban applies to get or move to other company in Qatar?

Instead of renewing the work visa, if he simply resigns and want to move to other company.

If your are working in same company visa. it is must to have NOC.
