Why Qatar has freezed recruitment for Indians? is it a part of nationalization? I am here for the last 6 weeeks...have 3 years experience in HR and other areas...but i didn't get a single interview yet....have dropped many resumes ..uploaded and applied in many portals..still ...plz help me to find out the right source to get through somewhere...

Because Qatar is already full of Indians - i.e. the visa quota is at the limit. Try Dubai.

it could also be a reason if you are trying for HR jobs exclusively.

I am saying that because my wife also was checking out for jobs exclusively in HR and what we could understand is they dont want (mojority of companies)expats in that position. Atlast my wife had be satisfied with an admin job....may after some experience we may try again in hR.....

i also feel u need to have some sort of people to recommend you in the companies......its not easy to get a job in companies here at present with proper recommendation.

May try to get in some where and then try for a better one though there are many restrictions....but i would say something is much much better than NOTHING!!!!!

all the best yaar....dont worry.....things will clear up soon.....keep trying...the more delay...the better job will come for you!!!!am saying that from experience!!!

Don't feel depressed. May be for a better reason.
