Bahrain is still same as Libya. As of the moment, don't go there.

It is not recommended that u go now, the political situation there is not stable. I know a lot of people who want to live and the government did not allow them to leave.

I can for sure tell you that BD 1,000 is good offer compared to Qatar as living cost is quite low.
Rent, food, health care is very low compared to Qatar. Fuel is almost same.
But you have not specified the Job Responsibilities / Job type. May be 1,000 is less.
I can advise more if I can understand what is the job type.
