it's actually up to you, by how you define "a decent meal"; but for a regular filipino whom need to save money to be able to send home the rest of his earning, you need to carefully budget your allowance, lets say in a week,.. buying per week would save you a lot, rather than per day, that is if you are cooking, which is the most reasonable way to have a big savings rather than dining - out. If you don't know how to cook, buy a recipe book, and start your remaining days in the philippines in learning,... good luck and GOD bless!

There are people who earn 600-700 riyals per month. They make ends meet by sharing food costs. If all you want to spend on food is 200/month then you will need to share, perhaps with the people you live with.

No. That's the short answer.

You have to budget for food. But there's no way you can survive with a budget of 60 riyals a month for food.

I'm not a Pinoy but you can still get a meal for 10-15 riyals in some places. Of course the cheapest option is to cook for yourself.
