Hi

As far as I know if you bought a "kadama visa" house maid visa you dont have any rights cause they are not covered by the labour law.

Do things correctly the legal way and you would not be in this situation.

I ddnt take any benefits also becoz in more than 3 yrs im working in our company..2 months summer vcation they dnt pay...no everything only salary ..no housing allowance,transport,ticket..etc....only they will pay monthly salary....dts y this is very bad...plese help me where i can find a lawyer which can help my problem...thnk you very much...

thank you very much!!!but the problem is i dnt hve any contract so , u mean i hve a right to complain against this company even though im in Qadama Visa..

Sister,

As per Qatar labour law, you have to give one month notice to the employer if you want to leave. You cannot stop works immedietely. You will loose your benefits if you stop without notice. Notify them and go without problems. Good luck
