Hi good morning all
Can any of you please help me im waiting for some things from USA so every otherday i phone our local postal office parcel department to inquer if there are anything for me then they can not help put me through to a nother number and the phone rings nobody answers and after a few minutes just gives bussy tone.Why can nobody help me.

Better to go there directly and enquire, they don’t speak good English, no guarantee you are getting the correct information on the phone.

In normal case, they should call you and inform you about your parcel arrival.
