I already completed my 2 years contract and additional 1 years also completed now its running 42 months. i got good job in another company i sumit offerletter to my company and request for NOC. but they refused to give me NOC, cane anyone help me please... is there any way???

It depends on your negotiation from your company. My officemate got her NOC but she waived all her benefits even her current salary.

Granting NOC is at the sole discretion of the employer. Without NOC you cannot change your sponsorship and if you go out of the country, you will have to wait for 2 years.
