A friend of mine has forgotten his QL password and he tried to request a new password and as per the reply he went to his e-mail and clicked the link given to him but he is receiving the below message.
"You have tried to use a one-time login link which has either been used or is no longer valid. Please request a new one using the form below"

He tried two/three times but always getting the same message. What could be the reason.

No man, he is requesting a new password and he is always getting an e-mail with the link for one time log in but when he clicks that link he is getting the page where he has to request the password with the above message but the time in the e-mail is wrong and the date is correct.

it means the first time he got the default password he did not change to another password or his personal password and hence the validity of that default is expired...also he was logged off for long time...:)..is rp got expired,...lol
