Hello,

I have shipped my household items from Qatar to India in March-12 thru a reliable (was under impression) Sea Transport Service Provider.

I found the service was very poor I could receive it almost after 6 months time & my luggage got damaged very badly.
Still one consignment is missing & now that service provider is not responding to me.

Can anyone suggest to whom & where I should approach as a froward path.

Guys,

I have asked question for suggestion "after the delivery in Sea Cargo, to whom we can approach for registering complaint in Qatar" By the way, I've shipped it thru Mars Cargo.

There were many complaints posted in QL regarding the services of YAFA and TVS.

the best cargo is yafa cargo or T.V.S the cargo will be recieved back home in within 25 to 30 days. with full guarantee of the things you are going to cargo
