Dear sir,

I have working laste 4 years in my company resendly i forwerd My resignation for 10 days notice period reson for my mother serious and i submit attached fax copy also but company is not accepting,they inform me one month notice perod mandatory so i inform i will pay one month salery . but they didnt accept.please i exepting yours advice thise matter what are options available as per law?

By Law you should give 30 day notice prior to resignation effectivity. If you really need to go home why you did not go for emergency leave only than resigning. Should be more easier and faster.
