speed limit at traffic signals
i pass a road from maither roundabout, speed limit was 100 kmph and there was a radar on the road and there was signals the speed limit at road is 100kmph so how speed at signals .my friend told me that traffic signal speed limit depends on the road speed limit

every signal has a speed limit of 80kmp
i have heard different limits being new to the country. but to on the safe side, i drop it to 60km/h. as someone said earlier, it makes it easier to stop when the signals change
the radars at signals are such designed that.. from one signal radar to another signal radar.. they note your speed too.. if the limit is 100 and at any point of your travelling u exceeded it .. and when u approached the signal in 100 kmph... u r likely to be clicked... its the distance Vs time taken to cover the distance which is also a major factor...

Yes, your friend is Right.. the same speed limit applies...but it is advisable to bring down the speed of your car while passing a traffic signal around 60kph to stop easily incase of signal turn red.
