Hi everyone. Good Day! Is there anybody who could help me. I left UAE last year because my employer is not giving their obligation to us. I went home (my country)and now I have a job offer in Qatar but i have a uncancelled UAE VISA & still valid until 2013. Can this affect my employer application for my Residence VISA?

I think its not a problem when you have a visa there. My friends had a UAE visa before but he used to enter in the UAE every 6 months.Becuase even in Qatar, even you are in VAcation & it will takes time to come back.Yo have to enter the hosting country before 6 months or else your visa will be cancelled.

I think it will be a problem.

get the visa cancelled or get a new passport.
