There is'nt much variety of Universities in qatar, Wanting to do Accounting....No university offering Accounting. other than that, finally got into Carnige Mellon, TOO expensive
How to Apply for the Financial Aid....or any other ways for reducing the fee amount, like sponserships...ect.

No, no M.Sc programs in Qatar yet, though there is talk of them at Ed. City. If you are Qatari there are many scholarship programs available. If you are not Qatari, contact the HEI and see what they say. There are scholarship and sponsorship programs for non-Qataris.
Are there ant MSc program in Computer Science in Qatar?
I checked but I couldn't find anything

Yeah, I know we have the same dillema. College tuition fees in Qatar are quite expensive. I had checked around and found some few schools that are pretty affordable. I wanted to apply to Carnige Mellon but tuition is very expensive, just couldn't affort it. Goodluck.

Go to the university and ask them for it. They have somethings for loans and finanacial aid oh and by the way they need 90% on high school grades.. its very hard to get in CM.

I would suggest that you begin with your university admissions office and request their advice. Perhaps there is a financial aid office at the university as well.
