Dear all;

greetings of peace!!!

After completion of 2yrs contract do i have the right to demand noc? or what would be the advantage/disadvantage if will complete my 2 yrs contract or choosing to resign and get cancelled.

in addition if then i have my NOC how long it will take me to come back to qatar?

Another name for Sponsorship Law in Qatar is "Organised Modern Slavery Practices for Benefit of Employers", OMS for short.

This law has a special unwritten section on how to harass Employees who seek justice.
