No store carries a full line of embroidery notions, you will want but different stores carry some items, such as Rawnaq or its referred to as the Button Shop also their is a Singer store that carries some embroidery items. Many stores carry some items helpful in embroidery, Jarir has some books from time to time. Even some of the little shops on side streets off of Electricity Street carry sewing notions.

If you want embroidery done on shirts etc, there a shop on Ras abu Abood street opposite Costa Coffee. i think it's called Qatar Graphics.
