both are near about equal but the Dubai is happning and life style is better there.there is no distraction in doha and dubai is a tax free port and there is a lot of choices if u go for shopping but doha is a calm city there is no noise pollution .and the cost of life is almost same in both city.depend ur life style.

DUBAI! But Doha is not far behind, with this construction going on of office buildings and flats! And don't forget the road constructions.
as per my experience in Dubai u have choice to select , but here u forced to spend money u don't have any choice like Dubai for example:
accommodation : in Dubai if u go to rashidiya, Al-Qouiz, Aweer u will get with low rent ,
But Doha ????????????
where ever u go the rent is same.............
so I prefer Dubai is cheaper if u can control yourself......

Cost of living is far high in Dubai than here in Doha. And also the kind of accommodation that Dubai have.
Dubai has more expensive life style than Qatar but hopefully Qatar will cross Dubai within next few years.
off course it is Dubai... but dont worry within an year Doha will be reaching the same Living cost as of Dubai
