Who controls Qatar's Immigration Laws?

Can someone please tell me who or what controls the immigration laws here in Qatar. I am trying to find out visa information and so far no one can tell me anything. I have been to the immigration department at the airport and they are extreemly unhelpful. Please help. Thanks :)

Please visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Interior; you will get all information needed.

Even visa on internet available....www.moi.gov.qa

Go to any Immigration Departments like the main Immigration or Mesaimeer Service Center. You can get full info only from these two places and all the applications regarding immigration are processed here. Airport immigration deals only with airport visas and business visas and also exit permit. They cannot give you a detailed info.
