Apt. Rents
Are rents in Doha usually paid on a monthly basis or is the entire amount (6 or 12 months) paid in advance. In Dubai, the entire amount was paid in advance. If paid in advance, this will be a major problem considering the rent costs in Doha these days. Thanks for any help you can provide.
there are a number of ppl who have paid full year rent upfront but after a few months realised that the accommodation was actually sublet to them and rent not paid in time.
Mostly paid one year in Advance but using post dated cheques. not one year up front
its depend to the company you dealing with. but mostly paid one year in advance.
