Hi all,

I'll be starting my new job in January (doha)and currently contemplating on buying a villa when i get there. From what i've read on this forum, villas outside doha are cheaper and the traveling distance is not that much. Correct me if i'm wrong. Also how fast is it to get all the paper work done and what's the average price for a villa (in and outside doha). thanks

Hi,

I agree with ChupaRustom. I am told that foreigners are allowed to buy houses/apartments in the Pearl of Qatar only.

i dont know what he think? buy house in qatar is not like buy house in your country manyana. unless u really have all the money all goes well. otherwise keep dream on...
