Can someone tell me is this a qatar law, a police man sitting in a private car behind my car waiting for tea and a police man charges me a traffic violation and not to him, and when I ask him he just want me to shut my mouth, why ?
Not only in Qatar, but also happening in our country.

You should start loving everything about QATAR soon if you have come here to earn a decent amount of money for your secure future life...Forget about these trivial issues..It's their country.
He will fine himself at the end of the day when he goes to the POLICE station and not in front of you.
Things happen bro., move on.
Don't do a violation and you will not get a fine, whether your an expat or a local, just do the right thing !!!!!
