Car Selling Problem. Please advise!
Hi, I just sold my car last 3 days ago. Before i sell this car, my car was in good condition. I used this car (Chervolet Optra 2004)for work and sending baby to nursery everyday. The buyer have checked and tested drive the car before buying. After I handed over my car to the buyer, on the same day the car had clutch problem and sent to garage for repair. And the buyer want me to pay for his transport fee for everyday. I agreed to pay him the transport and repair cost. The car was repaired on next day. Today the buyer called again and said there is another "big" problem for this car and want me to send this car to Industrial area for repair. The buyer mentioned that he will call the police if i don't repair the car for him. Should I entertain him? Please advise. Thank you.
Just ignore and tell him "go to hell" or "kalli Valli" .. then he wont disturb you :)
If he insists, he can not do anything, tell him to do whatever!
If he really annoys you, do not answer his calls. He can not do anythigelse more than that.
Actaully, he threatens you because you are weak with him and do not assert yourself. Be more confident, police here are very fair.
Do not worry at all, as long as you followed normal procedures of selling.
if he has checked the car before buying, so why on earth he ask you to bear the responsibgility for post deal issues.
in this case, if anyone has to go to jail, it is he not you , and he will be jailed for charge of blackmailing.

tell him you been kind first time, but now can not because it is against common business practice.. you buy the car as you see in its current condition.
unless he can prove you broke it before.. if things break after the purchase not your problem anymore

I did not do any contract for purchase between us. But he had my phone num. In fact, i am not trying to cheat him for selling him a broken car. The car was indeed in good condition before i sold to him.

Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. After the car was transferred to the buyers name.. Its no more your property. Even if a tree fell on the car its of your NO worries.
YOU PAY HIM NOTHING !! He should have checked what he was buying.
Let him go to the police or who ever he wishes to go.
The car is no more yours. Dont be fool to pay for repairs or his transportation.
