There is literally no use of these so called maps that zig-zag through small streets in Doha...like snake and ladder game. You are lucky if your house and office falls on the route....

Bus No. 109 goes to Wakra-Maisaeed but not sure if it passes through C Ring Road. Most probably it will pass from B Ring Road. You may check the details from that bus number.

All bus try to avoid the Main Roads... Dumb?
Stupid Transport Management Company = Mowasalat
The Ideal Route should have been
1. Mesaid to Ruwais
2. Mesaid to Dukhan and
3. Dukhan to Ruwais

bus No. 109 goes from wakra to ras-abo-aboud so you need to take another bus to reach C ring road.

Look on Mowasalat website, but I think you need 2 buses and change at the station.
