Customs and delivery from Doha Port
I am moving from Canada and would be shipping my stuff (furniture, clothing, bedding/linens, books, crockery, cutlery etc). Can anyone please tell me how much would it cost me from the Doha port, Customs etc to delivery of goods to my house?
I would really appreciate the response.

@ Brakepad- the movers I am hiring here are saying that they would do the moving from my house here in Canada to the Port in Doha and there onwards I will have to arrange for taking the things from port to my house in Doha. This is a Co. called mike moving Co/Move with Mike. He gave me very good quotes so am thinking of this Co. Thanks for the cost. I appreciate it. It really helped me.
@MRTM44- I think that these movers are located in Australia. Do they have branches in Canada?

Clearance QAR 150.00
Inspection QAR 50.00
Customs Entry QAR 75.00
Docs Processing QAR 150.00
Transportation QAR 300.00
Loading/Offloading QAR 200.00
Delivery Order QAR 420.00 as per receipt/ advised in arrival notice
I see in an earlier post you were still looking for a shipper, do you have a shipper now?. All the details will be on your bill of lading with regards to who the shipping company is that will handle your shipment in Qatar. Sometimes the agent in your home country is not the same as in Qatar.
you can verify this with any cargo services company in Qatar,no need to deal and bother about customs.cargo service companies will charge for your total volume of package only not for each and every things.
