Documents Attestation in Pakistan for Qatar
Dear All,
I would like to know brief details about how to get documents attested, I have already had done following,
1- Attested highest degree from HEC and Ministry of Foreign affairs.
But I heard Ministry of Education attestation is also required but i am unable to find it from where ?
2- Qatar Consulate in karachi will attest my degree directly without any agent or should I have to look for agents to get this done ?
3- Does my Matric and Intermediate transcripts needs to be attested from IBCC and Ministry of Foreign affairs ?
Would be great if someone shares the experience.

I want to know how to get my degrees & transcripts attested from Pakistan while i am in Qatar? Actually, sheen services have refused to do it so i need to know the alternate route.

advord, I had submitted my all transcripts and degrees to the Supreme Education Council Pakistan via internet then
I sent all my documents with my reference No. (Verification) with SEC to my brother and he sent all papers to Islam Abad via OCS.
First you need to verify your all transcripts and degrees on their official site Read carefully their instructions they'll guide you for further process.
Yes Qatar consulate can attest it easily, this is the month of ramdan so you can go there between 9AM to 10AM and submit
1) Degree of Bachelors
2) Marksheets of Bachelors degree which you are going to attest.
3) They charge 600rs per document.

If u have got it done from HEC and Foreign office, you have two options. one is to get it attested from Qatar Embassy but i don't think Karachi Consulate will attest it, you have to send it to Islamabad but check with the consulate.
Other option is to bring them here and get it attested from Pakistan Embassy here and Ministry of Foreign affairs Qatar.
If your docs are attested from Qatar Embassy in Pakistan, ou can get it attested directly form Ministry of Foreign Affairs Qatar and skip Pak Embassy.

cheifsaab, I've got it done all by OCS recently, but I had begun the process by submitting my SSC, HSSC, Bachelors, Masters and Professional degrees to the Supreme Education Council Pakistan via internet.

No need to do it from Qatar Embassy in Pakistan, you can do it here in Qatar, from Pakistan Embassy and then from Qatar government, which you will do in any case!
No need to attest you transcripts, but do attest your respective certificates from IBCC and then all from Ministry of Foreign Affairs!
and no need of Ministry of Education attestation!
Attestation from these is required! IBCC, Your University, Higher Education Commission and Foreign Office, then here in Qatar from Embassy and then Qatar Government!
Now you have to get it attested from Qatar Embassy in Pakistan. You can visit there directly & ask for information
Once its attested from Qatar Embassy you hv to get it done from Foreign office in Qatar (Located on C-Ring road).
I think only highest degree needs to be attested others are not required
