I am living in Ezdan 3 and find it pretty comfortable especially for a single person. They clean your room twice a week which is always nice you have a swimming pool and gym inside the building which is good as you probably won't have a car for the first month or so your here. City Center and the Gate (a tiny mall) is walking distance (though for some reason people don't typically tend to walk here which is a little surprising). I haven't seen any ants or other insects while I've been here. The only part I found a bit uncomfortable was that you have to send all your clothes to the laundry instead of just having a washer and dryer like you do in a lot of studio apartment building basements in the U.S.
Here is what I have experienced and what others have experienced.
Service: Cleans your room once a week , there is a large amount fo ant infestation in the hotel , they have been trying to fix it , but still there is an issue.
Price: Reasonable , but gets more expensive as you get bigger rooms , price increases vastly.
Food: The food is readymade , from carfour , and they charge you double the price , that is from a friend who works in the kitchen advising not to eat there
Safety: Not safe at all , a fire broke out not too long ago in the building , evacuation isnt that great , lots of people hurt during the last evacaution when the fire broke out , more damage happened when ppl ran down the stairs , and people running over other people.

Stay away from Ezdan. For what you pay there for a small hotel style room, you could rent a 1bed apartment and have your own kitchen.
Not that great.
