also can anyone tell me how much do they charge for consultation??? My cat has heavy hair loss and when we took her to doha vets..they showed us long list of their charges which includes, cleaning ears, applying ear cream etc etc..  hope vet at Katara is not the same.

I happen to visit them last week for my cat treatment (for her open wound near it's anus. they stitch it and having antibiotics injection every other day). and im so happy with the service they have provided with my persian cat. they even give me instant discount. without asking for extra charge they clean my cats ear and trim her nails. So that's how good they are compare to other veterinary clinic that only wants to make profit. So I wont think twice recommending this clinic to you guys.

I know they sell frontline and it's a lot cheaper than buying it at your regular vet

I have taken my cats to this vets 3 times now, and i cannot recomend them highly enough, Dr Beth is one of the gentlest and kindest vets i have ever met. Prices are unbelievably cheap, much cheaper than Dubai.

Nanhe, plenty of doctors around to treat humans... even if many of those doctors are not even capable of treating a mosquito bite!!!

Pets need vets in this country, vets who are not looking at getting rich as fast as possible but have affordable prices instead. That would encourage many people to do more for pets.

It is good thing but human kind needs your attention more than pets as I think.

I am really happy with the overwhelming response by the pet lovers mostly over phone .I loved to answer many calls and got to know that due to our work timings many were unable to visit.

Talked to Kim and Dr. Singh yesterday regarding the 4 month kitty. Kim will be in Doha Thursday morning. Kitty had a check with Dr. Mahmood in Animal Services. GENTLE, the kitty's name is with Dr Mahmood's clinic until Kim is back. Thank you Dr. Singh and Kim for your great help. I appreciate it so much. She is really a sweety and very gentle kitty.

found a kitten under my car today and badly attacked by cats, her left eye is swollen. Please help to save this sweet and gentle kitty. I don't have place to keep her safe. I live in a small apartment.

for the directions

Just to help out, here are some extra directions for those who are interested. From the Exhibition Centre roundabout go towards the Intercontinental (Dual Carriageway), make a u turn as soon as u can, or turn back on yourself at the roundabout. Take your first right, there are security barriers and security guards but no sign saying Cultural Village. Once past the barriers you have to drive through the site, the dunes are on your left, at the 1st roundabout go left, 2nd RA right, 3rd roundabout right, and 4th RA straight. After the last roundabout you will see an odd looking ball shaped building which is the falcons cap building. The veterinary centre is in a crescent building directly behind it, and is on the left hand end of the building. There is no sign yet, but I think it's the 3rd set of doors along.

Thanks Doctor Singh, I have every confidence! There's no doubt that this facility will be of great benefit to everyone here who cares about their animals.

The only difficulty may be to find it the first time, so here are my directions, which I hope will help.

Go down the side of the Exhibition Centre, towards the InterCon, do a u-turn, and the entrance to the Cultural Village is on your right. Go in, follow the road round,keeping the sea on your right side. Eventually you will see a giant falcon's helmet. The small animal clinic, and the falcon clinic, are both just behind it. There isnt a sign, just some double doors. Hope this helps people find their way to you!

Many thanks to Dr Singh for carrying out a free check on my dog this morning. It was really thorough, very reassuring, and I was given lots of helpful advice which will surely reduce the need for future trips to the vet! The clinical team are clearly very knowledgeable and handled my dog expertly. In addition, the facility itself and the state of the art equipment are just amazing. I really recommend everyone to go and see for themselves, your pet will be in good hands.
