need urgent help.

ive been tryin to go from one building to another here in Doha. but I dont seem to get what I want. actually, its not for me, (as i am more than satisfied with what i have now.) It's for our new employees coming first week of July. Specifically, i was instructed not to check them in any hotel, even a single day. please help.
