Hse/apartment rentals prefer near marriot htl

Hello All,
My husband is at Doha now.I will be going there soon in a weeks time. For now he stays at his company's guest house. We are looking out for a home/apartment at a cheap rent.We will be happy if we will get a house/apartment for even less than 3000QR maximum.
Please suggest places keeping in mind that we are both going to start our lives and settle up slowly. We are not looking out for expensive areas. A small room + kitchen + bedroom in a descent area. MY husband's office is Near the Marriott's hotel (guess it is near the Doha airport too if my landmark is right).Also suggest what areas we can look for such home/apartments near marriott hotel.If that isn't the right choice, kindly let us know where we will get home/apartment at Doha.
Please suggest places and also local web sites where i can look for rentals.
