Is there something holy about them such as them having been washed with water from the Ganga river which of course is not available here? You may bring a flask full of Ganga water and "purify" the the basic utensils you buy here with that water if that is the case.

Good try to get some basic utensils...though you get good quality the price is high.but do make sure u put all those in check in baggage.

Though it seems ridiculous, but yes you can bring utensils to Qatar. Make sure to put them(also sharp objects like knife) in your checked-in luggage.
