I think so that it comes down to the person that how he drives.Accidents are part of life and especially when you are on the road.50 percent of chances are there of accident according to the Theory of Probability.Whether someone hits you or you gives a kiss to someone. As long as you know what you are doing and what will be the consequencies you are doing fine.

I know people who have taken Ducati's on installments from Qatar Finance House and they are not driving it and the bike is only parked in their garages.

So, buy bike only when you feel their is enough guts in gonads to drive it otherwise no need to waste money.

Many a person in Qatar would state that it is not safe riding a bike here in Qatar . I am riding a bike and a car .I would say its equally risky riding a bike as Driving a car here in Qatar . The only diferrnece is that room for minor mistakes to save lifes is there with a car .

I have seen major fatal accidents here in Qatar with Land cruisers and Nissan Patrols Which have a big frame supposed to be bulky to avoid crash and shock . The Driver was killed . So how does one say its safe driving in Qatar .

Safety in riding or driving is you attention and focus while you are doing any of the two . if you remain safe and follwo the rules of the road . you are safe do any of the two .

I must say Qatar has placed rules on the road that make Qatar roads pretty safe to be on .Its only a question if We as responsible individuals abide by it . Hey its for our own good ...

If you ride a motorbike, you need to understand risk. I have been riding here for just over a year and I'm fine with it, accidents happen, but so do car accidents. Every Friday morning starbucks on salwa road becomes a manet for a large group of bikers. I personally enjoy the friday ride.

Safe!!!!!!

I've heard this term may be a couple of times; but I'm not sure what it means in reality in Doha or back home. But definitely I sometimes see it on TV.

What I personally think is safety concerns makes life to dull.
