Legal Advise plzzz..
I have been lived in a villa with a sharing partner for 3 years,Now as our landlord requested we are supposed to move.As per his notice period of one month we are adviced to handover the key to the owner on 28th of March.
I've already vacated to the new accomodation. Now the partner [another countryman] is putting me into trouble. He is not at all ready to vacate from there, unfortunately I was the one who hired the house, and I didn't make any contract with this guys[bachelors] as a matter of trust. But now since there things are there,I am not able to finalize the deal with my house owner.
My question is, Does there any law exists against me if I move those things from there and to lock the house for my safety. Those bachelors are not staying there since there's no W & E.But there intention is just to put me into trouble.Even they filed a case against me already as I damaged there things by pulling them out[It's just their drama]..
Plzz advice...Me along with my family suffer a lott..
Just ignore then and hand over keys to your owner, get a receipt for that. Let em fight with the owner.
YOU CAN HANDOVER THE KEY TO LANDLORD AS HE IS THE AUTHORITY TO MOVE THINGS FROM THE HOUSE.SINCE YOU HAVE REMOVED YOUR THINGS DO NOT WORRY. YOU TELL THE LANDLORD THE FACT AND I AM SURE HE WILL UNDERSTAND YOUR SITUATION.
THE GUYS CANNOT GO FOR LEGAL ACTION AS YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY WRITTEN CONTRACT WITH THEM.
The best thing I think u can do is to go to a nearby police station and explain whats going between you and those guys they are in the best position to put you through. you don't have to take law into ur own hands please take a proper step.
u can kick ur room mate easily as long as no contract between u and him
hi tinova,
no contract signed which also means that they (the bachelors) cannot do anything to you
you may straight complain to the police that some strangers are trying to occupy your place and forcing you to lease them
I would advise you to try to get in contact with the local law enforcement offices and explain your situation. Just because no contract was signed, especially out of trust, does not mean that you should have to suffer. I am sure that you speak to the local authorities about it they will be able to help you, because what they are doing sounds quite illegal.
