LETTER MISSED WITHOUT POST BOX NUMBER..PLS HELP.....

We moved to Qatar in March. About a month back my parents in their seventies, sent my daughters Transfer Certificate by Registered post from India.Unfortunately they sent it, without the post box number written on the cover.If it has reached Doha, it is in the Airport Area. Can anyone tell me where the Airport postoffice is and what is the best way to deal with this problem ?

You can contact the Doha General Post Office located on the Corniche, opposite the Commercialbank Tower. They have an undelivered mail department. Take the letter registration number and barcode, if you have it, which will enable them to trace the letter, if it has indeed reached Doha.

It is near to the Airport Signal, Near Teyseer, Hotel Asiana etc..You need to give them the details of the registered post..I am not sure of the procedure..
