Need private driving lessons

I already managed to obtain a temporary driving lesson and do not need to go for test for the licence. But as I had not drived for a number of years, plus I realised it can be kind of challenging to drive in Doha, does anybody know who I can go to for driving lessons just to refresh my driving, plus adapting to the left hand drive

Can I go to driving school to do a crash course without having to go for test? Do they offer that here?

It seems that you are not having the confidence. That may be becasue of seeing the traffic and lack of experience in drving in the Gulf.

Just travel with your friends and take the wheel when you find the traffic is less and drive slowly to begin with.

You will gain confidence only when you start driving on the roads.

Be extra catious while negotaiting roundabouts and signals.

If you end up as the 1st person at the signals, be sure about the signal and the raod you have to take. Sometimes it will be very confusing at signals.

Once I entered the airport road from D ring road at airport signal and started driving on the wrong side. Luckily I managed to escape without any fines and accidents as it was a friday and the traffic was less.

I am not telling this to discourage you, but to warn you to know the importance of being cautious.

All the best.
