I heard that qatar govt is planning to strict the law, that expats have to take the villa directly from land loards, cannot take from the 3rd party peoples( compound villa more than 4 families) and should make own rental contract and water& electricity billas. Is it true. Any body can tell me .

As of now no law or news on this subject, But if that is strictly implemented then Qatar can see alot of expatriates leaving.
