I'm having my 2006 Honda Accord shipped from Saudi Arabia, and it should arrive some day next week. I was wondering if anyone has done a similar thing, and could tell me about the procedures once the car is to be cleared at Doha port.

For example: will I be allowed to drive the car with the Saudi license plates while the Qatari registration is under process? Does the Qatari registration procedure for the car take a long time?
