I did ask him if he can give me and he said he forgot but the next day was the excuses. Do you think they real, real estate?? Please guys advice us,If there is any way that we can find out if they are license real estate or not? I been cheated before of this people that's why I'm really aware now, and they still advertise it till now but we already close the deal. I don't know whats happening. Thank u all in advance

Well, if he said right or wrong, before handing over your cheques and taking the contract, you have the right to ask the copy of "Ownership Certificate". The name mentioned in the Ownership Certificate and the name in the tenancy contract on the part of Landlord should be same, then no need to worry at all. This will prove ofcourse, when you go to Electricity & Water Company to pay the Security Deposit. But there also be aware that already there is electricity security deposit it there and the agent is asking from you the security then there is a problem. If you are getting any property very much less than the market value, then also careful. Wish you all the best

With whom are you signing the contract? Is it villa owner or the real estate agent? If it is owner (you have to confirm that), then probably it is ok. But if you are signing a deal with this RE agent, then watch out. Hope you havent given him checks yet. Which area have you taken the villa and what rent has he quoted. You can verify from "for rent classifieds" whether it is a good price or he is taking you for a ride. Also if teh rent is lower than normal. check out what is the catch.
