The minimum monthly expenses for you would be in Qatar Riyal - 7000/- for 2 bedroom flat + 2500 for food + 1000 for telephone & petrol + 2000 for children schooling + 2000 for some occasional expenses. If company is providing tickets for you and your family then its good or else keep 10,000/- separate for it. Also the condition for applying Family visa is you must have 6 months bank statement, you can bring them on Visit but i doubt your child can get admission in School on Visit.
