is ther any other way to live the company if they dont like to give relase or NOC to find another work

My husband want to resign in his present work to find more stable and more salary but the company was not able to release him. he was local hired and working for them for less than 6 years but the salary was not good,please if there is any law in qatar related with my problem please tell me.

As other Qlers advice, there's no other way than to go back to your country and stay there for a minimum of two years then come back..NOC is the most important documents one has to posses in order to change employment..unfortunately, giving NOC is the discretion of your employer. you cannot force them to give you if they dont want to..

hope you are not from africa.go to your country,stay minimum 2 years and then find the job or get other company or hunt job in other country or get noc

he need the NOC...REALLY it is disappointing. i found a job with doubl salary and they dont allow me to go.

Sorry, but there is a law in Qatar, which has to be implied. Only local Qatari's can resign and find work immediately. Other people and foreigners have to stay out of the country for at least an year, and then try to come back. This is only if the company does not provide an NOC upon request.
