Traffic Fine

I have a violation on 28/05/2010 for QR 3000. But i didn't go anywhere on that friday. My Violation ref. no. is 00069xxxxx, which is impossible, because current violation reference still run with 000060xxx. they don't have any proof of violation (radar, camera,..) and no reason written in violation. traffic office didn't care me as i am indian calling me "hindi". anyone can help me to remove this traffic fine?
Goto the main department,in madinat khalifa,find the zaabit,the Head of that dept......n talk to him,if he thinks its right,he will allow u go without the fine,but well u need proof,i dont think he'l believe that u dint go out....bcoz in sum cases some police officers misunderstand the numbers of the car,or sth
it had happened to me 1s,though i was out of the country that time,so had to shw my passport there,n it was spared
give me your car number or refference no. I will tell you in detail what is the problem inshallah.
they don't need a proof and belive me if they tell you that you have a fine then you have to pay it ,
this type of violation maybe you did a take over from the right side insted of the left .
any way you have to pay . and as i told you, they don't have to have a proof for that .
