Am running construction business in QATAR. Have filed a rental dispute committee for the villa taken for labourers. Due to former tenant's electricity bill i have returned the villa. after long 5 months waiting in Rental dispute committee after two hearing, they have insisted to deposit QAR. 1,500/- as fees for kabeer to proceed.. as to the account no. provided by them have deposited the money.. the account is for ministry of Agriculture. Please advise us is the right procedure? awaiting suggestions..
