well i have been for interview in a bank they asked me do u have any WASTA i dnt know what to reply ,This WASTA thing happen with me 2 times in two interviews if any one have any idea please share also need WASTA if you can help me it will be very helpfull for me to find a job.

Amdi, If you don't have wasta it will be bit difficult to get a job but it doesn't mean that you will not get a job. If you are competent and experienced you will find a good job even without wasta.

you dont have to pay anyone, wasta is a help that anyone can help you get a job, its not necessary to be rich or have high post, even a secretary if she/he knows recruiter she/he can forward your papers and tell them please help this is my sis or bro. thats called wasta

Wasta is the connection with someone (who can make it happen)in a good post. It could be a Qatari or someone working in a very high post who has got some bigger connections to help you get that job.
