hello every one I came to Qatar with visit work visa and i have been staying for two months, now in agreement with my employer i wan to go back. i did only medical not finger print and residence visa NOT processed. so do i need exit from my employer or like NOC.??? and can i come back again to Qatar either with visit or work visa ?

Yes, you do need an exit permit from your existing sponsor, and No you do not need a NOC to come back on a new visa..
