These restos all do finger foods(Or short eats as they are known in Sri Lanka)like cutlets, breaded fried rolls, stuffed bread rolls, stuffed rotis etc that vary in appearance and fillings but can be very similar too.I will ask around and PM ya the exact location of where and when to find fish cutlets specially, but fully recommend you go try these places cos if not the same thing, you may very well find something just as good!
I think if one person is oopssed he cant comment wnever he reloads the page...and obviously QL pages always needs refresh (F5) to read new comments...hence I think its a technical problem..I mean it has nothing to do with signing out/in.
But I hear a lassi helps..my western friends only ever enjoy what we cook provided they have lassi/yogurt drinks aplenty! If not the typical Lankan dessert of curd and treacle works wonders to cool things down =)
