I WAS AT QATAR UPTO OCTOBER 2010 AND HAD BEEN GOING FOR SMALL PERIODS UPTO MARCH 2011 = MY RESIDENT PERMIT WAS VALID UPTO OCTOBER 2011.

AFTER THAT PERIOD I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN OMAN AND NOT GONE BACK TO QATAR AFTER MARCH 2011

IF I GET A JOB OFFER NOW AT QATAR CAN I GO BACK TO QATAR WITHOUT ANY REFERENCE TO MY EARLIER SPONSOR / EMPLOYEER??

WHAT ABOUT THAT RUMOR OF BAN OF TWO YEARS AFTER RP IS OVER ?

CAN I ENTER QATAR ON TRANSIT VISA FOR FEW HOURS AND WILL THAT AFFECT THE 2 YEAR BAN??

Before exiting Qatar for last time did you cancel your RP? I think if you stay out of country for more than 6 months it gets cancelled.Better go to Qatar embassy in oman and enquire with them.you can enter on new work visa 2 years after cancellation of RP.
