Al million taxi-Plz help

This is with reference to a complaint I have registered with AL Million Taxi services for my lost phone in one of your taxi.

On 24.09.2013 I along with my friend took your taxi from Najma Gulf cinema to Lulu Hyper market in Mattar Kadeem as soon as i realized that my phone wasn't with me i called back from my friends phone to my phone, the phone rang for a couple of times and then the driver answered the phone and disconnected it making it unreachable.

I have complained about the phone with the Al million customer services on 24.09.2013 and have visited to the taxi parking area twice in order to locate my phone which was traceable with the help of my tracking tool installed in my phone.

I was extended with all possible assistance and help by the Operations team at the taxi staging area in Industrial Area.

Special thanks to Mr. Fawaz Ghansar, Mr. Vishakka and few other operations supervisors along with the team who helped me in tracing the person who had the phone and ensured me get my phone back.

I once again thanks all the team members who helped me in this regards.

I once again appreciate the technology that is being used to track the taxi services which has helped me today in finding my valuable phone.

do u get things doubled?? like leaving ur money in a bank?

and give them the serial number and they will get it for you

A real disappointing experience for you plus the loss which you can't recover ..

In important cases I often keep a friend informed in advance that I may request his / her help ..

We need to a have a stand by option, I suppose.

Honestly, I would NOT trust Al Million to do anything reliable. Today I waited for fifteen minutes past my booking time before I finally got a hold of the driver but being a new worker, he had no idea where he was going or where he was and couldn't understand my directions. He didn't even know where the basic landmarks in Doha were and pretty much drove in circles for the next 45 minutes before hanging up on my call and leaving me without a ride. Thanks to their service I missed an extremely crucial exam that I can't retake.

If they can't even accomplish the most ELEMENTARY tasks as a taxi service like getting to where you need them to go, do you really expect them to track down your lost smartphone? If I were you, I'd just stop going to them altogether. They officially win the award as the world's least reliable taxi service.

if it's being stolen, it's their fault. But if you lost it because you forget it, that's being careless. Remember, it's not their obligation to take care of your things, it's yours.

Feroze should be fair in his dealing , I suppose.

He needs to double his efforts ..

Hey guys...before coming to conclusions let me tell you all...last time one of my friends had lost the laptop bag while travelling along wid me in the same cab and feroze found it out for us...this time I am hoping he does the same for me...

so you are the biggest looser in the world

....but didn't u lose her to a deaf friend of hers.....tying does hv it's cons when it comes to women...as for one's mother in law, it better if she gets lost - so let her loose or leave her in a Al Million taxi for her to become someone else's problem......

Actually , my Cuban Shotputter and I loved to tie each other up ...

Why don't you tie stuff to your body....that way you will not lose them..

Btw, your wife/Gf would be an exception....they do not liked being tied up :-/

Till now she should not assume it is gone I believe if the Manager Feroze is assiduous there is still a chance he can bring it out ..

I think you should take it as a lesson learned..

So you keep leaving your stuff in the Taxis because you were getting them back...

if you will learn the lesson, an iphone 5 would be worth an investment.
