i believe they already assigned a new investigator.

that said, i don't understand why he was granted bail.

So many facts and fiction being entwined. Added to that the recent news of Oscar Pistorius's brother also facing homicide charges, the whole case is just becoming a media circus to say the least. Hopefully then true justice will be upheld when the final verdict is read.

Where did the baseball bat come from ?

In his original statement he said that he shot and killed her by mistake - believing her to be a burglar.

He quite literally knocked her for six, and then shot her 3 time (4 if he had been a better shot). If you were her family, could you forgive him? I think he is a lying, cowardly, murdering piece of sh**. And I know it's wrong, but that will be my opinion until he is proven innocent.

They fought. He beat him with baseball bat. She ran to the toilet. The girl screamed for help. He got panicked. He tried to break the door with his bat. He faled. He get his gun. Shot the girl behind the door. Bang! Bang! Bang! He broke the door. He saw the her dying. He became remorseful. That's why he said she died on my arms. No one was lying. He even admit killing the girl.

we are seeing the what is shown to us by paid officials.

These type of incidents does not happen for most of us.

Normally , 'we' humans forgive a dozen small errors of 'our' own beloved ones but then there comes a BIG blunder when at rare time .. water goes above the nose where for breathing one had to .. take the drastic measures ..

In cases when what is expected [ repeatedly ] does not materialise ..

I can't believe this is news and not fiction. It has all the unbelievable qualities of a movie with a twist at the end. But yes stupid mistakes, pure evil, lies and deceit and and endless amount of unbelievable incidents and ironies that can only mean Hollywood.

She's playing him. He's got a really bad temper. Whether or not he feels crushed after having killed his gf is another issue. But I never bought into the story that 'it was a mistake'.

Come on MM, what did she do threaten him with a tooth brush? My guess is an argument, he bashes her head in with a cricket bat, realizes what he has done. Comes up with a cover story. Shuts the door and shoots her through the door, etc. etc. etc.

He didn't have a mark on him, she was effectively killed twice over. Sure I don't know all the facts, but come on you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure this one out. I am sure he will be found guilty when he comes to trial. That is of course unless we get a repeat of the OJ Simpson farce.

What could possibly justify him taking a cricket bat and gun to a woman half his size MM?

It is difficult to comprehend to those who themselves had not come across in such circumstances where extreme steps had to be taken ..

Normally human do mistakes and lead others to correct them by doing mistakes ..
